Legislative Twitter is the development name for an application designed for the City of Troy to designed to keep, track, and archive legislation; generate minutes and agendas; and streamline the workflow of the city clerk. Above everything else, this application is designed to begin the process of opening up city public data in both machine-readable and human-readable formats.
